1. Seal between the exterior of the conduit and the entrance hole – Immediate, certified sealing; re-enterable
2.  Expanding Foam Sealants – Two-part foams for inside of conduit around cabling.

What are the sealant requirements?

• Fire-rated (e.g., UL94v-0)
• Watertight and airtight
• Re-enterable for cable additions/removals

Why is putty less favored?

• Lifespan < 5 years
• Susceptible to sag and failure in high-reliability data centers
