General Terms and Conditions

Delivery and shipping
All standard factory lead times apply. 1 Industrial Source is not responsible for any delays or damages, actual, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, liquidated, punitive or otherwise, due to labor strikes, acts of nature, untimely or incorrect shipment of delivery, or other unforeseen events.
Restocking
A restocking charge may be assessed on returned material.
Manufacturer’s warranty
Certain manufacturers extend various warranties with respect to their products. Such warranties are made only by the manufacturer of the product, not by 1 Industrial Source. 1 Industrial Source’s policy is to assist our customers in warranty claim processing if a manufacturer’s warranty exists. 1 Industrial Source makes no warranty whatsoever with respect to materials sold.
Limitation of liability
Any claim for damage arising here under shall be expressly limited to the amount of the purchase price paid for the product. 1 Industrial Source expressly disclaims any additional liability for damages, actual, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, liquidated, punitive or otherwise arising out of this transaction.
Labor chargebacks
No labor charges will be honored without the manufacturer’s prior written authorization.
Modification of terms and conditions prohibited
Any order by customer is conditioned upon customer’s assent and agreement to all terms and conditions without modification or additions.
1 Industrial Source’s acceptance of any order shall not be construed or deemed to be an acceptance or assent to such contrary terms and conditions and shipment will not constitute a waiver by 1 Industrial Source of any of its agreed terms and conditions.
Any acceptance by customer of a shipment by 1 Industrial Source constitutes full and final acceptance of 1 Industrial Source’s terms and conditions as contained herein and customer by acceptance of such shipment expressly acknowledges that any modification of these terms and conditions by any purchase order or other writing from the customer which attempts to modify these terms and conditions shall be of no force and effect and that 1 Industrial Source’s terms and conditions set forth herein shall govern as the final terms and conditions of the sale.
